Mohammad is an Egyptian national and the founder of Al Fahad Legal Consulting, with over 17 years of legal experience in the UAE. He holds a law degree from Tanta University (2008), is licensed by the State Bar of Egypt, and is a member of the Arab Lawyers Union.

He is a senior legal consultant and litigation specialist with extensive experience in civil, commercial, and criminal law. He has played a key role in developing the firm’s litigation practice.

Mohammad also advises on corporate legal matters, business setup across jurisdictions, and the legal aspects of operating in the UAE. His core areas include Criminal and Penal Code, Sharia Law, Personal Status, Civil, Corporate, and Real Estate Law.
